The memories made during our writer's workshop will be will cherished forever. It provided an opportunity for us to share our writing strengths all while allowing ourselves to be a little vulnerable, too. Ron was not only highly professional, he was thorough, prompt, and kind, too. Unsure what a writer's workshop would entail, I wasn't so much hesitant as I was curious, but also a tad anxious as my respect as a manager was hanging in the balance. As a new manager to these aforementioned, wonderful people I wanted them to explore their creativity, but also have a positive experience as a newly formed team with a new manager. And thanks to Roy and his workshop they did. We still talk about this workshop...not so much about what we wrote about, but how it made us laugh.
