The "manager" was so rude said well you came back almost a tear later ... yes ALMOST BECAUSE MY BRORHER WAS IN A HORRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT IN FLA AND WE WERE NOT SURE IF HE WAS GOING TO MAKE IT AND IF I WOULD BE adopting his daughter and. Bringing her to Oregon as I cared for him in fla . I contacted them to stop it I had ALREADY PAID . He said well it will be 75 to reopen the case . WHAT??? Really ? Wow I paid 275 for what? You have my money you did Nothing for me oh wait one draft which was a copy of an old resume and then added as one job two totally different jobs one of which I did not want on there . House cleaner was because of Covid and our salons closed ... why would you put that on when I explained to the guy I didn't want that on and that was why the lapse in the time line as manixurust . He was very rude and and condescending. I was quite surprised by his reaction towards me, especially being the fact that I have told him about me calling in emailing the writer putting a hold on it, the instance with my brother and coming back and also how they had written the resume I was really surprised by his behavior. I would never recommend them to anyone. I just lost $275 and then to ask me for $75 to open up the case again, which I never responded with the last proof, the only whatever they had sent me because it was so ridiculous. Please don't waste your time and don't waste your money. Customer Service is absolutely horrible. Their writers are incompetent go somewhere else .

When I called this morning nobody knew where my resume was. They had to search their system. They had to call me back over an hour later and said they found it. I asked how do I know my resume is secure after all this. I asked to speak to Mathew the manager and rather than speaking to me to solve the problem he called to tell me I was wrong. No customer service , no let's figure out what happened to you. just complete disrespect . Don't use this firm if you value being a respected customer.
