And the very last time I met with my therapist, she scolded me for missing some appointments because I had strep(didn't want anyone else getting it), and I did accidentally have two appointments at one time, which I apologized for. And her schedule all the sudden changed and all the other therapist started leaving, so I was finally told after not seeing my therapist for almost two months that they were looking for somewhere else that took my insurance. They weren't doing my therapy any more.

There are no words for how well these doctors care for their patients, but I'll try: from start to…read morefinish, they CARE about people - their minds, bodies and souls. Much education is offered to address the common health issues people have and why. They won't just do a quick "fix," alleviate your pain and send you on your way, but rather work hard to get your spine in line so that the common chronic health conditions so many Americans face aren't a thing for you. The WHOLE person is treated, and it's hard to leave without a smile on your face because the staff is all so cheery and kind as well. I've recommended Rock Springs Family Chiropractic to so many people, and I've been to many chiropractors over my years. I can say that most don't offer this level of quality care and compassion.

My rehabilitation physician referred me to Dallas Roberts, who specializes in McKenzie physical therapy. My doctor explained that Dallas is one of the few clinicians trained in this method, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. I was struggling with lower‑back pain so severe that even simple daily tasks had become difficult. Dallas's expertise made all the difference. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. If you take a moment to ask him questions, he will teach you so much about the everyday habits that quietly deteriorate our physical function over time. Misty is, without question, the heart of the operation. She is kind, organized, and incredibly professional. She makes scheduling effortless, even for those of us with busy and unpredictable routines. I also had therapy sessions with Mina and Parker, both of whom were fantastic skilled, attentive, and fully committed to helping patients recover. I truly do not have enough words to express my gratitude for this remarkable team. They make you feel deeply cared for, they treat your injury with the highest level of professionalism, and they support your recovery with an attitude and dedication that are hard to find anywhere else.

My reason for giving them one star: Major billing issues…read morefor patients with Blue Cross. Resilient charged my wife more than what we should have paid (according to our EOB) and required that she pay money up front. My wife had met her deductible and should have been charged $12 (20% of $60 allowed). Instead, they made her pay $72. They did this twice. When I noticed the EOB said we should have paid $12 (instead of $72 they charged us), I called them. Resilient said Blue Cross cut their payments and they are charging patients extra to make up the lost income. I told them that this is not allowed and Resilient responded that it was. If you are a patient of Resilient and use Blue Cross insurance, you should check your EOBs and make sure that you haven't paid them more than what Blue Cross says you should. If you did, don't waste time calling Resilient. Call Blue Cross.
