I picked this company because of the reviews but have been disappointed with their service. They…read moredon't give straight answers, they don't return calls, I had to keep calling them, and I was charged for equipment that the dr said was covered by my insurance because they wouldn't send my medical records. Only one session was productive because he explained what and how I needed to do the exercises, the two prior were more engaged in their conversations to help me. Before posting this I tried to give them an opportunity to resolve their issues but once again they did not. I posted a review and got a call and was told that they would resolve the issue being charged for the device but I'm still getting charged.

I am now receiving excellent care at a different facility, my work is supportive, light duty..I'm receiving Physical therapy 3 x per week. My voice and input is respected.
