Prior to visiting her I had gone to another chiropractor who diagnosed my injury wrong after only spending 5-10 min tops with only asking me questions and then proceeding to adjust me and when a "crack" was not made they had said "I'll see you at your next appointment. Next appointment came around and 5 min in with an unsuccessful adjustment they replied "I'll see you at your next appointment". At that point I knew they were not the right people to go to. Found Evolved on Instagram later that night, their IG and website was very informative so I sent an email. Got a reply the very next morning from Rhylee and she was able to schedule me in the very next morning. First impression of this was a good sign I made the right choice. With having a bad experience with the previous chiro I was not a expecting much. But Dr. Lyndsay blew me away. Her attention to detail, patient awareness, her making me feel comfortable was nothing short of amazing. This first visit was an hr long and she took the time to understand my lifestyle and assess my injury accordingly which in turn was a completely different diagnose then what was originally thought of from the previous Dr. At the very end she was able to adjust me and that's where I lost it. I got teary-eyed and couldn't thank her enough. I drove home crying to my fiancé because I was so relieved after having to deal with this injury for 2 weeks with no rhyme or reason. I still have more visits until I'm completely healed but having been able to get some peace both physically and mentally from Dr. Lyndsay in the first visit is astounding. I Highly highly recommend Dr. Lyndsay. She's knowledgeable in her practice and her patient awareness is top notch!

I was in a horrible deep dark depression for the past 5 months solid and was desperate. The gentleman that answered was the most wonderful man named Bhaird. To my surprise and delight, Bhaird stated that "Depression and anxiety are some of my favorite things to treat!". No professional had spoke with me enthusiastically about getting better up to that point. Rather, I was told by a psychologist a days earlier that I had "a really really LONG way to go before I would get better"!! Not Bhaird. He couldn't guarantee how quickly the treatments would work, but he knew if I listened to his suggestions, gave a few a try, and scheduled the appropriate number of sessions that I would in fact find relief. I had been having thoughts of ending my life. So I figured, "What did I have to lose?" I gave it a shot. I'm so thankful I did. Prior to having these treatments, I had completely lost control of myself. I was so nervous and depressed about EVERYTHING I didn't even want to leave my bed! I would fight through the week (and it was a real struggle), but spend all evenings and weekends in my bed, crying, desperate for life again. This went on for FIVE months straight. Three of those months I cried every single day multiple times a day. I'm not sure what caused it, but I truly feared that I would NEVER again feel like myself. Too much time had passed being in that strange state. Sometime in late November I stopped working out entirely (something I have done my entire life), started eating very poorly if at all, stopped seeing or even talking to most of my friends, and just had lost the essence of my entire being! After about five weeks of roughly 2 sessions per week, I had my very first "normal" day! I decided I would keep track of how many days I felt good in a row. Since that very day, I have yet to have one more "dark" or anxious day. In fact, today I am currently at day 77!!!! Not only do I feel "normal", I feel amazing!!! Furthermore, I'm not sure if this is a direct result of acupuncture itself or just a better attitude and lease on life after going to acupuncture, but I also started taking off at work and feeling extremely passionate about what I do. (Mind you that I wanted to quit my job when I first came to the center because "I was miserable there and I couldn't do it anymore") Between the acupuncture itself and the many tools and resources that Bhaird equipped me with to combat my negative self talk and irrational fears, I feel as though my mind body and soul have been restored once again to whole. It took time. I didn't notice much of anything immediately after a session which was always strange to me, but subtly the next day would be different. And slowly but surely by utilizing the tools I had been given on a daily basis, I jumped the hurdle. I got my fitness and health back in order, I started seeing my friends again, met new and wonder people and am currently having the time of my life! I highly recommend this service to anyone with any sort of ailment and especially those going though debilitating depression and or anxiety. I have been to many other Chiropractors previously, but none were as focused on identifying and resolving the source of the pain. Through Dr. Boisvert's use of the Graston Technique and recommended excerises and icing, my lower back feels so much better, and I am able to engage in lifting and competitive sports again without the constant fear of reinjuring my lower back. You felt like part of a family. Staff knew you were in pain, and they shared the same kindness, patience and understanding. Things have been very different since the staff turned over. The practice makes sure you are in and out as quickly as possible. You feel rushed. Doc says very little. His adjustments feel mechanical. He has no interest in having a conversation. He stopped listening. He goes through the motions and you're on your way. Staff is running the practice as if it's some kind of med spa. There pushing these different devices that are more like cosmetic treatments. And boy are they pushy, pacifically the one older woman on staff the billing clerk. Good luck with that one, especially if you are a female she will make sure you are rushed through your adjustment. If you aren't interested in the cosmetic procedures they're pushing as med spa treatments, expect to be treated poorly. This used to be a solid medical practice dedicated to caring for there patients. Now it feels like all Doc cares about is making money. Doc no longer cares about making people feel better. I expect more from someone who is treating me when I'm most vulnerable, when I am in pain and I am suffering. Just because I have been injured and can't afford fancy med spa treatments, I don't feel like staff should be looking down on me. We miss the old staff, and we miss the old Doc.
