Restore literally is a life saver. As in, they actually saved my life. I was malnourished after being sick for a long period and unable to hold food down. It's not the first time this has happened to me, and I knew what would happen in the ER; I also knew I'd be waiting at the ER for a long time to be seen. I'd seen a promotion for Restore and had heard of IV vitamin drips before, so I got a ride--I couldn't drive safely--and came in. They have a very nice facility that doesn't feel cold and insensitive, unlike a hospital. I was able to lay out on a reclined chair of sorts, while the staff--who are all warm, friendly people!--hooked me up to the IV. The moment the drip began, I could LITERALLY FEEL how effective these drips are; I stopped being dizzy, my muscles relaxed. . .and by the end? I was INSANELY hungry--for the first time in way too long! Thankfully, the location in Short Pump is surrounded by really great restaurants! I've also come here for cyro, which I'd done before at a different business that didn't survive 2020. I have a condition that causes a LOT of pain, and while it's not my favorite thing to hop into because, you know, it's colder than you have EVER BEEN, it WORKS! I routinely come in and get treatments like hBOT, cyro, and the vitamin drips. For someone with a chronic disease, Restore is ESSENTIAL. My daughter has been very sick - fever, headaches, nausea, congestion. After a trip to urgent care where she tested negative for Covid, flu and strep - they said is it viral and she just needs to wait it out. By day 3 she was so lethargic and dehydrated she could hardly walk. I brought her to Restore out of desperation - having never been. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. My hubby and I went here a couple of weeks ago for IV treatment. We are novices to this stuff, so the experience was great, as was the staff! The total cost was $125 and we were able to use our FSA to pay, which was also a perk. That said, I am debating on whether or not to return. I'd describe myself as a being 'covid conscious' and noticed that there was no wiping or spraying down of chairs or pillows after the consumers left. Additionally, its pretty chilly in there, so they have blankets sitting at the edge of the chairs. They never put out clean blankets after the clients left. Just folded them back up and put them at the bottom of the chair for the next client. I'll have to see some changes in these areas before I go back. I was really hoping I could have given this place a 4....like I said, the staff was wonderful! And while I'm certainly not a germ-a-phobe, I think these are common sense (cleaning/disinfecting) best practices that should be applied in these types of establishments, especially in the middle of a pandemic. read more

Positive vibes, and they seem to genuinely want you to get access to the care you need, but like with a good deal. My favorite is the red light therapy and the IV's... and the Lipo shots! Love this place!!! From the owner, to the staff they are amazing! So far I've tried the stretch and the Chryotherapy spot treatment which really helped my ankle injury. My son was hooked up in IV land on Saturday, he has really hard to get veins and Andre' had zero issues, first time in, which was incredible! Won an Instagram giveaway for a cryotherapy facial (Retailing at $185)! Hadn't really looked into cryotherapy, but of course was excited to try the service. Hannah Leavitt performed the facial and was fantastic. She created a zen space to get this unique facial. On top of the cryo, she performed lymphatic drainage massage and applied cleanser and other facial topicals to leave my skin feeling extremely moisturized. I went in for a service on a Saturday. I was told by staff that manager would call me . She did 4 days later . In discussing a package to fit my needs . She stated in details of items my package would consist per my situation. She stated " it would be notes for the staff to ensure everyone was on point ". I go today to make an appointment and she stated " that's not what she said ". I wrote it down day we was discussing it over the phone .
