I was going…read moreto just write about one area of this place but now I think I may have to add to this later...I mean they have a Yoga room you can go stretch in anytime unlike some place that close off the rooms if no classes etc. But I really wanted to focus on how when my back goes out I have to make the drive north (I live closer to Livrite INDY). It is the one place I can go to that has the water massage table that is better than any other massage I have ever had. It literally just takes the ten minutes of that, swim some laps, hit the jacuzzi and steam room and kind of hit the pool again, if needed and I feel like I can walk again. I love that they have areas all around that are peaceful , quiet and with comfy chairs. When I was younger I didn't need all of that but now it's nice to take a minute between exercises and have a little mindfulness. It is also nice to have more than a bench in the locker rooms to put on shoes etc. Sometimes Mary Kay ladies etc will leave catalogs and samples out as well and that is always nice to check out. They also have little micro fiber towels available and cleaners. The shampoo/body cleanser is nice too and smells good (just the fact they have it is huge). When I was there yesterday, they had bagels out and the trainer was in the kitchen making a plate.. I though to myself I'd better run---here comes the hard core sale- he never did that:) He was so nice and even let me take his picture. I love the books up front and that God has a place here. I love that it never smells like pot -- and is always clean. You feel safe here and can breathe easily even if you have asthma like me. The staff is always friendly and you feel welcome here. I have taken classes here etc and they have alot of equipment but today I wanted to focus on how it is more than just a place to workout. It is a place to get centered and heal. I love it.

Drive the extra 10 min to the other location for a far better experience. I can't imagine what attendees are paying for this club that only has a fraction of the amenities that a LifeTime location should have. The whole building also looks dated.

He's an ethical and conscientious practitioner that works with your insurance or around it to help find ways to get you what's needed to improve your quality of life while avoiding extraneous visits/services. 5 stars, or more if possible.

However, that is not what I found. At my diagnostic conference I learned they use Dr. Peter McCollough's protocol to treat Long Covid. His protocol, using Ivermectin, has been discredited for years, yet he still promotes it. Baylor's Health System where he was employed has disassociated itself from him. Texas A&M College of Medicine removed him from their faculty. And the American Board of Internal Medicine has revoked his certifications. Because LI is using this discredited protocol, I felt I could not trust their other very numerous supplement recommendations. In addition, LI does not believe in taking any Covid Vaccines, believes the vaccines are causing my problems, and advised against the boosters, despite my explaining that I've never had an adverse reaction to any of the boosters, only tremendous problems from my two actual cases of Covid illness. While I believe vaccine injury is real for some people, that is not my case. I am doing everything possible to prevent another Covid illness, but they advised me not to wear a mask or get another vaccine. We clearly were in 2 different camps. Had I known this from the beginning, I would have saved myself a great deal of money and 4-5 months of waiting to get help. While some of their lifestyle suggestions were helpful, and I don't doubt they have helped others with different health issues, I am looking elsewhere for Long Covid treatment.

He truly addresses all levels - body, mind and spirit. Such a wide range of treatment modalities in his office: herbs, supplements, acupuncture, physical therapy, massage therapy. His office does not take insurance, you need to do your own billing. HIs services addressed medical problems that my other doctors didn't know about, or how to address. Takes awhile to get on the books for an appointment, because he is so busy, because he is so good! He doesn't need a review on here, he gets all his clients by word of mouth. But had to share what a wonderful experience it is being under his care.
