It was the best hour in a long time -- maybe forever. Deborah was firm and so spot on, finding important knots and muscles I didn't realize were all connected to my original sore shoulder. One visit! And one day later, after a rare good night's sleep (much less pain), my range of motion is so much better, neck pain is lessened, and (this is weird) I feel 'lighter'. Today I worked in the garden and realized no frustration with restricted range of motion! I will go back to Deborah. It was a treat to be in the hands of a learned, skilled, intuitive healer. Go find out for yourself -- you'll be glad you did.
