I didn't know exactly what I was stepping into when I began my session with Judy, but when I left I knew I had experienced something impactful. As a lover and pursuer of health for several years, I was in awe of the practices Judy does in order to release stored trauma. I felt safe, seen, empowered, and like I had the power to say yes to what I needed and no to what I didnt. Judy is God's answer to my prayers for healing In body and soul, including in my emotions. Every human being would benefit from seeing Judy, If they only knew! What she's able to do with her special tools, her God-given gifting for healing and her honed skills plus the education and experience she has under her belt and you will never meet a more loving human who can help you understand and process emotions, acceptance, and ways to love yourself, etc. She is my miracle! I'm forever grateful and I will tell of what she's done for me anywhere I go because it is a radical difference from a beginning number 10 pain to now very low pain to no pain at all. She just continues to chisel away one layer at a time what has been bound up, locked up, immobilized etc. It is a shocker that the world doesn't know this is the solution. Meet the Business Owner: Judy M.

Our body stores trauma responses in a multitude of ways. In my personal healing journey from emotional traumas and life events that led to feelings of hopelessness, I discovered Somatic (Body) Trauma Release therapy. The healing and hope that I experienced fully convinced me that our body keeps the score of of our life story and that it knows how to self-regulate; it just needs permission to establish boundaries and heal itself. My clients have gained capacity, developed resiliency, discovered their voice and identity without replaying the traumatizing events. I get to be a compassionate witness as my clients connect to their body and integrate body-soul-and-spirit. Allow me to help you find the same freedom.
