My masseuse did nothing to remedy the issue and it seemed like she was tuned into her routine rather than pinpoint the actual cause of my pain. an easy recommendation/referral! Recently, I went on a…read moreretreat where a massage through Body Balance Massage was an option and I'm so glad I booked/reserved that option! Being from 'out of town', I wasn't certain what to expect and what I found was: - an office that was easy to get into/out of (driving/parking); - the interior of the office itself was professional - not too industrial or medical; it was comfortable, clean, calming (I was there to relax after all!); - the office personnel were courteous, engaging and kind; - and my massage? it was great; conducted in a VERY relaxing room, and NOT cramped nor overly dark like some places. Further, the masseuse was attentive in that, I only had to specify BEFORE the massage to receive a consistent 'touch' - a calming, relaxing and restorative massage ... just what you'd expect on a retreat. Yes - I'm hesitant to 'name names' of the personal masseuse, out of respect for their privacy ... I can say this ... there were many other customers, and some were clearly returning clients - which means - the standard of service is consistently solid such that these local individuals felt a visit here well worth both their time and money.
