Scheduling is flexible, and he arrived when he said he would. He's professional and conscientious, the work is thorough and not rushed. The end result is always quite impressive, and the final cost has always been exactly what he quoted at the start -- no added charges. The price is very reasonable, especially when you consider the amount of time he spends on the job. He also took the time to explain how I can do some of the maintenance on my own. I will definitely call them again when I need pressure washing, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Not all carpet cleaning companies are equal. Some use portable carpet cleaning machines (similar…read moreto what can be rented at select grocery stores), others use inferior equipment, and many simply don't know what they're doing. Photo Finish Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning is the exception. They are phenomenal! In college, I cleaned carpets - during the summer - using a truck-mounted steam cleaner. I know what good equipment and service looks like. Portable units are trash, and don't come close to the superior suction of a truck-mounted unit, nor can they generate the heat (approx. 180 degrees Fahrenheit) that is needed to properly steam clean carpets. Steve Brown, owner, demonstrated flexibility by scheduling a same day carpet cleaning appointment for me. He was punctual and did an outstanding job on my berber carpeted stairs. The ability to suction up the excess water, so that you're not left with over-saturated carpet and padding is an art that takes time and experience. Mr. Brown rose to the occasion. This was my first experience with the Company, and the beginning of a long-term customer relationship. I enthusiastically recommend Photo Finish Janitorial. Looking forward to the next appointment: Steam cleaning the carpet in my vehicles.

I even updated the post because my floor guy was able to salvage 2 of the 7 stairs. Mind you it's 14 stairs total I just replace along with other items. Which I have since replaced again for the 2nd time out of pocket. Your exact words "I m not paying for something I can do myself". That's fine but I will use the guy that did my floors I don't want you or your team touching anything else in my home. This has been the worst experience with a contractor this far. It's not about the money at this point it's the principle of poor customer service. Mind you this $400 worth of damages. Which again I have re-paid/replaced. The damages your team caused ment more time and money to replace. Your disgusting argumentative nature and tone is noted in your post. Your lack of decorum is further noted for other customers to see. Professionalism is key!

I worked for this company and I can tell you firsthand that it is a very shady practice and their…read moremethods of acquiring clients are very, VERY predatory. The company downloads thousands on thousands of phone numbers from an online database and sends unsolicited calls to anybody they can early as 8 AM (even calling businesses and renters on holidays) in order to rope in clients by offering a special free estimate (which is standard practice). If you do choose to accept the free estimate, they will try to overcharge and upsell you on any sort of home remodeling projects you're considering due to the small size of the company. From a worker's point of view, the company will hide information on the jobs you confirm and will threaten your job security once a week if you do not get 2 potential jobs per day. This unfortunately leads to the harassment of many Houston citizens through desperate callbacks for months on end and even giving misleading information about the company's status with the Better Business Bureau. There are cockroaches and bugs living throughout their showroom and the owner, contractors, and most of upper management do not speak English as well. All in all, this company is very unorganized yet uncomfortably persistent when it comes to finding clients and will often overcharge clients who are in desperate need remodeling and do not have time or resources to find a second opinion. If you do come in contact with them or happen to receive an unsolicited call, I strongly suggest finding another contractor to save you from a headache/wasting your time. I would even make sure to block the number because they will not stop calling if you don't.

Allen drove 1.5 hours to our rental property in spring. Then he got to work on the driveway and boy was it spotless, almost 10+ years of dirt/mildew and god knows what else. He also drove back once everything was dry a day after to clean the backyard concrete. His pricing was really fair so I decided to get both front and back cleaned up. The neighbors liked his work too and hired him next!
