I called them first thing in the morning, and they had Troy come out within 30 minutes, and within 30 more minutes, a whole crew came in their hazmat suits, with a dumpster, ready to clean, demo, and sanitize the place. They also had the nerve of invoicing us a price that was significantly less than a nearby competitor and they gave us a further discount to boot. Model = Bradford White High Efficiency Gas Water Heater (250H6n) = 4.4 gallon Thermal expansion tank The initial request for an estimate: We called in the afternoon, Bryan (the owner) came out nice and early the next morning. He gave us a quote "on the spot", no smoke and mirrors or I'll get back to you. Pricing: I bid out the job to several companies and B.Z. was VERY fair and worked with us on all my options. Responded to any/all changes until we reached the actual setup I wanted. Customer Service: Guys were respectful and even had a sense of humor. There was also a mixup with the expansion tank given by the supplier; was smaller than what I ordered. When I noticed and let the guys know; Bryan himself showed up to deliver the correct size tank. He/they didn't choose to try and sell me on why it doesn't matter or any other bs. I truly appreciated the just get it corrected approach Bryan took. The install: Work began the next day after I signed. Clean install, they addressed any code violations and all seems well so far :) We will be using B.Z. again in the future and would recommend them to friends as well. Eventually the main landscaper contacted us to Try and straighten out any issues we had and said to read to contract, and it's true, much of what we asked for what not delineated in fine print, so we were wrong to go with the verbal agreement. We figured we would just let it go until all the weeds came back in full glory 2 weeks later. There was no fertilization or soil grooming done at all. My wife called to complain today and was told this was something you have to specifically ask for. We are very unsatisfied with this company and how they operate. Over the last few months, Floor Town has completed two flooring projects for us. The first was…read morereplacing our outdated vinyl tile in our kitchen with beautiful luxury grouted vinyl tile. After that project went so smoothly, we decided to again have Floor Town replace flooring in two rooms plus a hallway in our house, this time using sheet vinyl in one room and carpeting in the other room, hall and stairway. Again, everything was done beautifully, even though our house is over a hundred years old and, as such, has some quirks. From the beginning it was a pleasant experience when we went to the Floor Town showroom and Michele, our salesperson, greeted us. We looked at possibilities for flooring there and narrowed down our choices. I had an idea of what I wanted, and Michele presented various options. Her ideas were invaluable: For instance, I went in sure that I wanted ceramic tile, but she also suggested the luxury vinyl tile which we now have in our kitchen. It is not hard, cold and subject to cracking, but has the same look as ceramic, and I am grateful for her suggestion. Then Michele came to our house with the samples we had chosen in the store, and we made the final tile choice. She was patient and knowledgeable, and thus the final result was exactly right. She did the same thing again when we chose flooring for the second carpet and sheet vinyl project, which also resulted in complete satisfaction. In fact, she brought an additional carpet sample to our house besides the ones we had found in the showroom. The carpet from that sample is now the one we have on our floor, because it was perfect for the space. I also cannot say enough good things about the guys who did the installations. They were not only precise and professional in their work, they were also pleasant and unobtrusive while they were working. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience!
