I returned to the store last night in need of a refrigerator, as ours gave up. Living out of coolers is not fun, and having a diabetic in the house just adds to the problems. After waiting for someone to assist me, I was met with a salesperson who really was not interested in anything I had to say. Delivery will take up to 5 days, and when I asked if she could mention the health issues, nothing was said. Next time I will spend the time and go to Home Depot or Lowe's. While it wasn't a financially high value bracelet, it did have high sentimental value. After scouring the internet for a similar image of it-- I called Illusions to inquire if they still had it in stock and texted a photo to confirm, Liz (the owner) promptly confirmed and allowed me to repurchase over the phone.
