Do not go here unless you want to waste your time and money. Find any other dentist in the area. Seriously. The work they do is questionable and will fail I had 4 procedures done, 2 completely failed and caused a terrible infection and I lost 2 teeth because of it. When I tried to speak to them about refunding my patient portion they spent a lot of time blaming me and took zero accountability for it Do not trust this practice with your dental care or your childrens dental care. Its a huge mistake! Issues: Not fitting and sealing a crown correctly causing infection and tooth loss Fillings fell out about a week after they put them in Over charging & taking payment up front so if there are issues with those services they can dispute refunding you Front staff can be pretty rude (except for one of the younger guys) Treatment coordinator is a waste of your time read more

I came to this dentist after all the great reviews. I came here as my regular dentist was so busy and couldn't get me in but after them telling me i needed to have a deep cleaning and be sent all over the place I left there feeling upset and confused. I know i need a-lot of dental work and i was very sick the last few years and couldn't get some stuff done but my old dentist worked with my needs and not throw me around to different people. After leaving i decided to call my old dentist because i just got a bad feeling from these people. Lo and behold i went back to my old dentist and i didn't need a deep cleaning! He also did a regular cleaning and started on my much needed dental work with compassion and honesty. Glad i followed my gut about this place! read more

Everyone is so sweet and caring, prices are super reasonable with insurance, they run every possible solution/procedure past you with dollar amounts before they do anything AND the chairs have massagers in them. They've saved me more than once with urgent visits to alleviate pain. I actually started to look forward to going to the dentist! read more

Do not try to apply at this office. You come in for an interview and everything goes smoothly. Than they ask you to come back for a working interview for a lousy hour and a half..... finally at the end of the interview the office manager states she will let you know either yes or no if you are being offered the position and then they bail and never tell you. I am extremely afraid of the dentist from years ago. I have some dental issues going on so I contacted Restoration Dental Group and went in for a appointment. The workers and the dentist were absolutely amazing!! They make you feel so comfortable and always make sure you are ok during the whole experience. I just got back after my first visit with Dr. Hingle. I was very anxious as I've had bad experiences at dentists in the past, plus I have a small mouth so x-rays are never fun. From the get go with talking to Michelle on the phone, she was very friendly. My dental hygienist was amazing during the x-ray procedure and actually got all mine done without any issues....this is a first. Dr. Hingle came by before the cleaning and put me at ease and after the cleaning, she explained everything. Michelle then explained the payment/insurance very thoroughly and helped me schedule my next appointment. I was also a little nervous to go to a dentist during COVID but they have amazing procedures and are very clean. I felt 100% comfortable. Is it weird that I'm actually looking forward to go back for my fillings? Hands down, one of the best dental practices out there. I'm not a huge review person but I just had to give kudos to this group for doing an amazing job! My son (22 months) went in for his first dentist appt today and the whole team was SO welcoming and friendly. Our hygenist, wish I could remember her name but can't thanks to mom brain, went out of her way to find his favorite show and immediately made both of us feel more at ease. Dr. Patel was incredible with her bedside manner during his first exam and had great tips for staying on top of his dental health. They have safe protocols in place during this stressful time so you feel totally comfortable during your visit. The office is immaculate, beautiful, and just overall feels inviting. Great experience! Had to switch to a new dental practice after moving and this place is definitely a gem. Every person working there is genuine and kind and service is above par. How you may ask? They had you a 'Comfort Menu' when you first sit down with choices of noise cancelling headphones, neck pillows, and more! Super glad I found this place. read more
