Kevin (the co-owner) came out right away, and spent almost 2 hours taking pictures and taking measurements. This was so he could give a very detailed estimate to my insurance company. And the level of detail in that estimate made it so clear to my insurer that they approved it without hesitation. To be clear: It was a big job that touched a LOT of rooms in my house. When it came time to do the work, they were fast and efficient. The most "unpleasant" part was that they had to leave some industrial-level dehumidifying devices running for a few days, but this is trivial compared to what they were preventing. (Although, some people in this house like sleeping with a fan on, so they actively liked it.) Patriot's team went above and beyond what I expected, too: They helped move stuff out of my garage and into a storage unit in the driveway. This was a huge help.
