Got a Rotbier as well. Unfortunately, the spätzle arrived lukewarm, which disappointed me. Looking back, it would've been wiser to have ordered the Franconian dishes on the menu instead. Nevertheless, the beer was pretty good, the ambiance was pleasant, and prices were well-affordable. The sausages and sauerkraut were packed with flavor. I couldn't stop eating until every bite was gone. The pork shoulder was just as memorable: tender meat that fell off the bone, with a crispy edge I couldn't get enough of. The dumpling was delicious, too. It's just the norm so don't expect any quick service. Overall, we enjoyed our food very much and would love to go back to try out other items on their menu if we ever end up in Nuremberg in the future.
