Those would be like enchiladas, but with a peanut sauce as opposed to a tomato based sauce on top. I love this restaurant's ambiance. They had some relaxing instrumental jazzish music playing while we were there. The prices on the menu are in Mexican pesos of course, so if your thinking it's dollars it'll seem really expensive. $120 pesos translates to like $5 dollars at the moment. If your visiting from the states this restaurant isn't very expensive. Good price for a very nice dining experience.

They bring out a paper-menu and a pencil, you simply fill in how many orders you want, Trompo tacos are singles, though. Been eating here since I can remember, not much has changed inside. And the food is just stellar every time. Trompo is super tender and full of flavor, authentic. Red salsa and limes are a must. I also order the "Bistec con Queso" a sort of Philly-cheese taco without the peppers. It is phenomenal! Seasoning on point, cheese is rich and creamy. And the tortilla is the star of the show, honestly. You can put any meat on those tortillas and you'll have a beautiful taco. Can't wait to stop by again on my next vacation, maybe in the summer, God willing.

I really did not like this as much as the flautas. The ribeye nuggets were so tender and had perfect seasoning. I would recommend coming here. However somewhere along the way they decided that was not working, so they changed the menu. They now offer a delicious traditional Mexican buffet: You will find a variety of guisos of chicken, beef and pork. Chicken in cream sauce, mole or chile sauce; a few kinds beef (the carne guisada was my favorite); pork in green sauce or adobada; cueritos en salsa; chile rellenos; veggies, rice, beans, noodles, a simple salad bar, various fresh fruits and dessert. Basically, most everything but seafood. They have bottled soda pop drinks, bottled water, or aguas frescas. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Service was good. There is limited parking in the front. Inside, the restaurant is air-conditioned and comfortable. It was not fancy, nor do I consider it exceptional, but it was MUCH better than Golden Corral in my opinion. I enjoyed it and believe you will too.
