These guys specialize in roasting pork - what else can a guy whose family is from Spain (via Cuba) ask for???
Our server looked like one of those guys who has made a career out of serving - a little gruff, but that's okay. My little piggie (and little is accurate - this was a piglet and was super tender and juicy) was flawless; it was over two months ago but I still remember how amazing it was. As we were in the Rioja area, I had an EXCELLENT wine to accompany us. The veggies we got as sides were amazing, too.
I don't remember dessert, but I remember it was good; I probably don't remember because of the free shot of booze that accompanied the dessert.
Note: any Isabel la Catolica fans take note - this is in the town where she was hanging out with her Mom (I think) when she was younger and her half brother was trying to screw her over.
