We waited more than 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches and a soup. While other people got there's faster. We did have to go up to the front and ask for a refund because we did not even want to eat at that point. During busy hours not a good idea.

Our coffee also took a bit longer to come out than expected (for example our breakfast sandwiches came out first) but everything was prepared well and hit the spot. The latte and cortadito were excellent as was the açaí bowl. My husband went back for a second cortadito and spoke to who he thought was the owner for a few minutes. He said she was very lovely and clearly was motivated to make sure tourists enjoy/ come back to Ponce-- I appreciated she cares about her city and wants to bring back money to the Ponce economy.
