I usually order the cod Muralha style because it is the house specialty and in Portugal that usually means you'll get the best on the menu. Caldo verde - also hard to go wrong with in Portugal - is recommended as well. Order a bottle of Loureiro - vinho verde branco, seco, from the Adega da Cooperativa de Ponte de Lima.
