It fills up with locals and (fortunately) not too many loud tourists. Good prices - think twice before you order a full serving - try a meia dose of any of the main dishes if you're the only one eating it. Friendly service, good quality cuisine prepared in the most Portuguese manner. I usually order the cod Muralha style because it is the house specialty and in Portugal that usually means you'll get the best on the menu. Caldo verde - also hard to go wrong with in Portugal - is recommended as well. Order a bottle of Loureiro - vinho verde branco, seco, from the Adega da Cooperativa de Ponte de Lima. (I prefer seco to adamado)
