We were in Evora and needed a place to eat. After driving through this amazing walled city and parking, we came across this place, tucked away in an alley. It had the charm and character that we enjoyed, but the food was just ok. There was only one other party when we arrived around 4pm and they left so for most of our stay, we were the only ones.
There were some translation issues so we ended up getting a carafe of wine instead of water. Since I was driving, we wanted to stay away from wine for this meal. We got a shrimp dish and a some beef dishes. The beef was not the best cuts of meat. We had plenty of bread, which was good, and the staff was very nice. The wifi is strong here. read more
