It had been challenging to get fresh veggies at dinner, and here we ate more and a wider variety than we had eaten since we arrived. It uses identical chunks of pork. Migas is vry traditional dish of the area, looks a little like mashed potato, and I suppose in the old days a great way to upcycle old bread into a delicious side.
