While staying at the Hotel Plattenhof above the restaurant, we stopped by for a easy meal, and basically tried each category on the "seasonal specialties" sheet. The tagliatelle al salmone was salty, but delicious; pasta was reasonably cooked, and didn't fall apart. The oven-baked fish was quite good; the broiled lemon slice on each filet was a nice touch. As our waiter reminded us, there's nothing besides the fish and a sprig of garnish --- we were glad to have a split-side of buttery risotto and spinach (both excellent). We didn't have the confidence to try the seasonal strawberry risotto --- just too far out. The open red & white wines, decaf, tiramisù, and brandy were all sufficient but not spectacular. Service (both the experienced waiter and the trainee) was solid; the waiter even noticed our grimaces at the motion-detector bird noises and switched it off for a while. The low point of the meal was the first thing brought to our table --- a little dish of black & green pitted olives that could have come from a Migros or Coop, or a food service can. If you're going to bring out olives, get some interesting ones. Get past the olives, and Sento can be an excellent meal.
