Three of us had the special which was a taglialini with white truffles. Outstanding and a reasonable price. We all requested the small portion and it was the perfect appetizer size. The salmon melted in my mouth and had a wonderful salt taste. It came with a medley of fresh vegetables: a few carrots, a broccoli and cauliflower head, and a few potatoes and some string beans. The Veal Milanese had mixed reviews. My Italian friend from Milan thought it was not perfect, a little oily. He gave us the history of the dish as we ate. But my Argentinian friend thought the scallopine was good and loved it. My Mexican friend had the veal scallopine and he thought the portion was too big but he thought it was excellent. There was a perfect amount of mushrooms in the perfectly caramel colored sauce. He did not finish it. Upbeat Italian music at a reasonable volume, lighting perfect to see each other and menu. Service good- there when we needed him. When we chose the wine, he recommended another which was an excellent suggestion. Festive Christmas decorations.
