Our simple dinner consisted of an appetizer with a foamed sorbet and fish with almonds. The salad was an exquisite garden that exploded with favors. Next was a squash prepared three ways. Main course, the cod was very light, delicate, perfectly presented, perhaps poached or sou vide? The fromage course was varied and exquisite although heavy for what we had to that point. But who can turn down french cheeses? For desert I had rhubarb confit. There are about ten tables, the room extremely comfortable and quiet. Timing of the courses was perfect as well.
