As I wasn't under any time schedule, I mentioned that I didn't have any issues with it. I've been to the C&T located in the Ville Saint-Laurent / Cartierville area but this is their recently new location in Pierrefonds. This C&T location recently opened in Pierrefonds and was very large and clean. At the time that my friend and I arrived, there was plenty of available free parking close to the entrance. The large shopping carts work with the coin deposit/release system which I'm not a fan of. I know why a lot of stores implement this (mostly grocery stores) but since I'm one of the people who despite what the weather is like, I will always return my grocery shopping cart back to the area that they are supposed to be located after I put the items into my car, I find it more of a nuisance and I often don't carry a loonie or a two-nie with me to release the shopping cart. Luckily here, they have smaller red plastic grocery carts that you can use. These grocery carts can't leave the store so whatever you purchase in the store, you need to take them out of the cart and bring them to your car or whatever means of transportation you used to shop here. This place is very large and very clean. As it just recently opened, hopefully it stays this clean since the C&T location in the VSL/Cartierville area isn't as clean. I believe that this place opened in June 2023 (I visited in late July 2023). There is a minimum $10 amount if using your credit card for purchases. The prices were typical for a larger Asian grocery store and I found the prices to be very competitive and the fresh produce prices that I looked at and was interested in were lower than some of the prices that I saw in the bigger chains (Provigo, Maxi, Metro, Super-C, IGA). I can see myself returning here if I'm in the area. The only negative is that I need to make sure that I have my grocery bags or a loonie/two-nie in order to use the grocery cart if I'm purchasing a lot of items (and I generally don't have/keep my empty grocery bags in my car).

The apple pie I got was still warm in its packaging, the best type of pie is a warm pie! At 10am, we were avoiding the big crowds and it's a 6$ discount per adult from the regular lunch menu. The place is clean, there are activities for the kids and the food is quite decent. I really appreciated that the food was not overseasoned especially for the kids. They had condiments and seasoning on the side including pickles, pickled beets and pickled onions which I loved! The menu was fairly standard, breakfast potatoes, breakfast sausages (? Well more like chopped hot dogs), ham, egg quiche, oreille de crisse (Guilty pleasure), pea soup, coffee, hot chocolate. Their desserts were delicious. We don't have a sweet tooth but they kindly came out with tiny portions for us to try it all and decide what we wanted more of. There was cinnamon bun, bread pudding, sugar tart, ice cream, pancake, caramel tart, super yummy. All in all, the food wasn't amazing haute cuisine but it didn't leave me dying of grease and guilt either plus they had amazing desserts. The service was great. I really liked our waitress, she was busy but attentive with a good memory considering all the tables she took care of. For activities, they had the usual tire d'érable, mini farm (a few sheep, a llama, 2 horses, a donkey), a fire pit, a little slide-park area. They also have a dancing room with live music, face painting and balloon making. It says "suggested donation", that's more like this the price or more if you'd like, definitely not less. They had a free tractor ride up until they pulled out the horses to pull the sleigh then it was 3$per person. So I guess only free tractor ride until noonish. The sleigh ride was.... A bit boring, there wasn't much to see, there was no presenting of anything. We paid 15$ to sit in a sleigh for 10 mins and stare at big fields of snow. I guess I was hoping to see some trees where they got their syrup or like at the last place we went, we got some entertainment. But oh well. They also had ax throwing but we didn't check that out so it's unclear if that was included or not. Overall, our kids had fun, the food was better then I expected and maybe because we came early, the place was still very clean and very well organised. Tbh, I wanna give the place a 3.5 because I felt jipped by the sleigh ride especially since we were told indoors that it was free. But since there's no half points, I'll round up and.. We would come back again. Early.

All the dishes ordered were nicely presented and were just as delicious. The portions were adequate and left us with a feeling of satisfaction. The wait between courses was ample. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you don't mind the drive. That's why I give it only 4 stars otherwise it would warrant a five star.
