Food in Switzerland is pricey. However this is one of the few locations where you actually get a lot of bang for your buck. The portion sizes are huge! Service is excellent, very friendly and efficient. Food was delicious and satisfied our hangry family. Pizza is great with perfectly cooked, charred but still chewy crust, salty mozzarella cheese, and tasty tomato sauce. The individual pizzas are large, the size of a huge plate. The calzone is even bigger and stuffed with pizza-y goodness. Tagatellie funghi porcini had great eggy noodles al dente with a light cream sauce and tons of mushrooms. Soup and salad all up to par. Panna cotta was chilled through with a delicious berry compote and fresh berries. This joint is open late and a good place to stop for a warm meal right off the train!
Must try's- pizza, tomatocreme zuppe, burning coffee w cognac, panna cotta
