We had traditional German offerings like schnitzel, rosti mit speck und kase uberbacken, and drinks like hefewizen. Our waiter spoke English and did a good job explaining the food that we had. The food, atmosphere and service were great. The steak frites was outstanding and the wild broccoli was fresh and perfectly prepared. We were so happy we sat at the bar to dine because we were able to talk with Charlotte who made some great recommendations for food and cocktails made with gin from the brasserie's extensive list. Charlotte was very nice. When we return to the area, we will definitely return to Brasserie Ignaz.
