The costumers' clothes were completely soaked in milk forcing him to leave the restaurant and come back an hour later. In the meantime the waiters just served the food, which was of course cold when the costumer came back. Again no comment, no apologies, and the costumer had to insist for the food to be warmed up at least. Everything was put on the bill as if nothing had happened. I definitely won't go there again. The menu here is huge and has many classical Persian dishes and many North African dishes from Morocco and Tunisia with a bit of turkey thrown in. They have a varied wine list from Lebanese, Turkish, Moroccon, Tunisian, French and Israeli wine. They also have some classic Persian drinks like pomegranate juice and so on. We decided to have a mixed starter and some tagine for main. The food here is excellent and full of flavour. The lamb was simply amazing and it just fell of the bone and no knife was needed for it :-)) It is relatively mild and has lots of piquante, fruity, saffrony and other sweet spice flavours. Persian food is slightly more greasy and creamy, but tastes heavenly. The saffron rice pudding with the pomegranate sorbet for dessert was a hit and once again a recommendation from the waitress. I usually do this in a new place, ask the staff for recommendations and try a few things. Service was super good and despite it being full it was quick and friendly. I found out during my conversation with the waitress that the restaurant has been open for 3 years. I would come back here in a heartbeat. This is excellent Persian / Oriental / North African cuisine with beautiful flavours, good service and not too expensive. It's certainly not a cheap place to eat but the quality is excellent. If you want to try something out of the usual this is really a great place to try. Ask for some recommendation and enjoy your meal. I could not fault our experience here tonight.
