I ended up in Darmstadt, a little tiny town outside of Frankfurt, I would say almost by accident. This ended up to be one of the best experiences in Italian dining that I ever had in my life. Truly epic. Not one false note during the entire dinner, everything from appetizers to pasta to veal to wine was absolute perfection. Huge thanks to the chef to the proprietor and our server Christian. Very memorable experienced if you have taste buds.

It's so beautiful to see every little detail they've added to the inside and outside of the building. I was eager to order once I saw the large menu. I went for the #76, which had lamb and chicken, and I decided to swap out my rice for a fresh salad and was really happy with it. The ground lamb was incredibly tender and full of flavor, making it easy to enjoy. The chicken was juicy and bursting with taste, too. I do wish I had remembered to ask for a little raw onion on the side, since I love pairing it with meat. In spite of multiple assurances the pizza was 10 minutes more it never came. After close to two hours from entering the restaurant I had enough, paid my tab-pizza and all- and left (with no pizza). I am convinced the pizza order was never placed and the waiter was just jerking me along. So, If you are German go for it, if not stay far far away, they don't want your business and don't hide the fact.
