Was looking for a sauté pan with a glass lid. The staff explained that the glass lid was something that they don't normally stock as it is more of a retail item. This is more of a commercial restaurant supply warehouse. Can't find a glass lid anywhere. Did however find a couple spatulas, and serving spoons. Reasonable prices. I also believe it is better quality. Too bad I missed taking photos. I would say if you own a restaurant. They have it all.

I love to cook & I see all the possibilities of the items to make life easier or more efficient here. My santoku is starting to become dull & needs sharpening. I couldn't my favorite chef 's knife (the whole knife block cannot be found!) Hubby found a chefs knife & he got me the sharpener. I told him I wanted to get the stone/honing block but he opted for the metal kind. The staff are super helpful & answered our questions. There so many "toys" I wanted to buy but I must resist the urge to amass more "clutter" (that's what Hubby calls it, but he reaps the benefit when he eats what I cook). I still need a dumpling rolling pin, but they only have standard types at this location. Aisles are fairly spacious & inventory appears well stocked, neatly arranged & sorted. Prices are fair & marked accordingly. It has its own designated free parking lot. Good shopping trip, met our goals.

He was able to make a shirt with a super fast turnaround time, like one day. He's super easy to work with and really takes the time to make sure you get what you want. I had a slightly hard time finding them from the back (entrance is NOT on Long Beach blvd but behind on Virginia) as the sign on the sidewalk was covered and I was looking for a big blue sign similar to the front. They make anything and everything here!!! Definitely keep them in mind if you need merch made for birthday parties or bachelor/ bachelorette parties, Christmas gifts...

I needed restaurant equipment for my startup business and found Chef Essentials, a local company…read morethat sells both new and used equipment. I wanted to support a local business while saving some money, but looking back, I should have spent more and purchased new equipment somewhere else. Mark, one of the owners, helped us purchase several big-ticket items, including a single-door Cooker & Cooler freezer. I now believe we paid far more than the unit was worth, but the price is not even the biggest issue. Only five or six months after purchasing it, the freezer began having problems. Before the sale, Mark assured us that if we ever had an issue with the freezer, he would personally come out and take care of it. He did come by to inspect the unit and told us he would order the necessary part. After that, we never heard from him again. We reached out several times but received no response. My advice is to learn from my mistake. Saving a few dollars on used equipment is not worth it when the seller does not stand behind the equipment or honor the promises made during the sale.

He's extremely tall, so finding good-quality and unique pieces of clothing that fit him properly is always a very difficult task. I like to buy or find him specialty-type clothes because Amazon only has so much to offer, and I feel bad for his struggle, lol. Anyways, I called LBG and asked if I could pay to have a detailed image/poster of Dr. Strange printed on a 3x article of clothing if I brought them in, and I only had one day before my boyfriend's birthday so I was in a time crunch. I worked a plan out on the phone with Long Beach Graphix, the staff member I spoke to that night was super helpful, and I had all my questions answered within minutes and felt confident I would get the gift in time. The following day I came in at 1 pm and brought my own poster image of Dr. Strange (Marvel Universe) on a USB flash drive and the 3x sweatshirt. I was not expecting much because the quality of screenprints I've received elsewhere has been subpar. However, this was not to be the case at Long beach Graphix! By 4 pm I had a beautiful, one-of-a-kind sweatshirt for my 6'9" boyfriend. It looks and feels fantastic! I was beyond impressed with the quality of printing, I believe we did a Digital Graphic Print, and my boyfriend LOVED the personalized gift. I will say, it's a delicate image but looks incredible so we know to hand wash or delicate cycle it, and hang dry. It should last a long time with proper care. Lastly, the price was fantastic, and I give the whole team five stars, especially Nick and Esau who assisted me. Thanks, guys! I'll be back! :) Sincerely, Alex
