Baked and served in a bowl with a fruit garnish including a tomato. (Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad!) When you arrive at the hotel (Courtyard) after a long trip, you're exhausted and it's late this place is well worth it for dinner. We also had the breakfast buffet and it too was very good.
