You chose the base (shushi/coco rice or quinoa, the protein, the fruits and/or vegetables, the sauce, and here you go: you have your lunch or dinner. Something that could remind Cava in the US. I didn't try their cocktails, but they looked good, on the menu and on my neighbors' tables ;-) The Apple crumble was a treat to finish a Monday evening dinner. Hinz und Kunz is a nice little bar in the inside Markthalle, have been there few times for cocktails and whiskey. Unlike some other bars, it is not so noisy and people can actually talk to each other without screaming. The cocktails are fantastic (although a bit expensive). I had the gin based, rum based and vodka based ones (of course on different occasions, have normal functioning liver). I was also introduced an Indian whiskey called Amrut, who would have thought that Indians made one of the best whiskey!!
