My main course was the osso bucco while my wife had their venison special (most Swiss restaurants feature venison during September). For dessert, I had Gebackene Apfelradeln mit weissem Zimtschaum which is a baked apples with a cinnamon whipped cream. My wife had the dessert special which was a deconstructed plum knodel. An excellent meal and definitely the best we had in both Chur and in Switzerland as a whole.
