Chateau de Sully was my first Michelin star restaurant experience and it did not disappoint. My husband and I decided to order off the a la carte menu and both chose the Normand filet of beef with aioli sauce, onion and sage juice, leaves cabbage with pureed potatoes. For dessert, my husband opted for the chocolate in butter cream, on a roll-cake, ice cream and nougatine while I chose the candied rhubarb in law temperature, ginger and lime whipped cream, pepper shortbread, rhubarb juice ice cream. There were several smaller courses brought out before and after our desserts and even after dessert. Everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. Our table overlooked the garden in the back and was beautiful. 5 stars. read more
