Visiting family locally and have eaten at Ambiente #11 Restaurant multiple times over the last few weeks. Ambiente is one of the limited choices currently in Bückeburg that have survived the pandemic and that are open in August. The food is very good, tasty and fresh. It's excellent value for money. We have also really enjoyed eating in their large garden (nice and green and fresh air) and the friendly service. And it seems we are not the only people who appreciate it. It has been very busy at times and reservations are recommended. Thank you, Ambiente for great food at reasonable prices in a very pleasant setting! read more
