We were greeted by incredibly friendly staff, ordered drinks that arrived promptly to catch the last glimpse of the sunset on their beautiful balcony. All the courses of dinner were excellent - clearly fresh, local ingredients prepared beautifully. Each dish was complex yet straightforward and unpretentious - something you'd expect and are familiar with, but made with care and great ingredients. We loved that the chef wasn't trying too hard just for the sake of complexity, as we have experienced at many other tasting menus. We enjoyed our time from start to finish! My hoomans took me to The Old Triangle Irish Alehouse, and I must say, they really understand what matters to a dog.
