The vegetable patties were also crispy and balanced, slightly sweet. The beer list was limited but we liked what we ordered. Hate to be a broken record but we've had better while in the city. Wouldn't recommend this place to a friend since it was just average.

Traditional Czech food that was half price of the restaurants in old town. I'd say they had the best goulash soup that we have eaten, which was a huge portion. It came with white and purple sauerkraut and chives dumplings. I had the goulash, which was a hint of spicy with the paprika and onions. The dumplings (4) sopped up the rest of the gravy. I was excited for the potato soup with mushrooms, but maybe I misread the menu? Or the online menu was slightly different? Not a creamy potato/mushroom soup at all. Right amount of sauce and potatoes were "mashed" but not puréed like we'd expect in the states. But nice. I wish I could say I was an expert at identifying meats but this was surprisingly un-rabbit like, at least what I expected it to taste like. Similar to a dark meat turkey or something. I doubt they'd switch out one animal for another, but based on another review claiming fake lobster it made me wonder. All patrons seemed to speak different languages.
