We had everything from salmon to the pork knuckle. Everything was amazing with complex flavors. My pork knuckle was enough for 2 to 3 persons and had a savory beer sauce that was intense with flavor. Every place will serve pork knee but their "beer knee" is really the softest and has a nice smokey crunch to it. Their potatoes actually have flavor. The Prague ham is my personal favorite. Like, it comes with foam?? (Horseradish) What an interesting combo! I came here to leave a 5-star for food but then upon research realized that their mandatory 10% service charge was a new add. I thought it was a credit card charge, but it is actually for cash too and they DON'T add it to your receipt when you ask for the check. The cashier didn't even bother to give me the 24CZK change. I was willing to overlook this but knowing that others had a similar experience, I feel that's a point off service.
