They keep turning of my debit card claiming fraud. But in reality it's their way of making their team members travel to the branch (mine is 20 miles away) to pick up a new card whitch they say it will be mailed to you but they don't mail out cards And then on top of it they charge you a fee for a new card. Not to be confused with Resource 3 and Resource 4, or even Resource 2 for that matter. This is a nice Credit Union which is basically a little local bank, and you can save on some of the nasty fees and what not by coming here. But having said that, it does have a few issues, and those issues include being a little bit tricky about lending and what not - but that could be said about a lot of these types of places. Anyway it's a lot better than going to one of the big box banks, that's for sure. read more

This used to be such a wonderful bank. It has now changed into a Wells Fargo - Xfinity 2005 situation. They have all kinds of unethical fees that they themselves justify around every corner. Super difficult to contact someone over the phone, card always being frozen for fraud at new purchase locations, etc. etc. They pretend they are a "non-profit" but they sure did profit off of fees from me. To be short, this "Credit Union" is just like every other place that offers banking services. Customer Service is mid tier at best. All the cashiers at every branch seem to have bad attitudes and need to "call corporate" for every request. Its TRASH. HAHAHA Im sure they will reply with some BS corporate response below saying "THanK yOu foR yoUr feeDbAck, wE wiLL loOk inTo tHis" hahaha BUYER BEWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! read more

I applied for a CD account. They waited 30 days to tell me they need to send my pre-approved 30 days old application to compliance (after I called to receive an update). I sent them all required documents from the very beginning (30 days ago). Waiting that long changed the APY considerably. Manager Listacia handled it horribly. I ended up cancelling my application. I would not recommend anyone getting a credit card from resource one I have currently been waiting a month to receive the credit card in the mail they never sent the card to me. I have been contacting them for a week over trying to get a tracking number for the shipment of the card I have not been able to do so and I've just been continuously promised that the card is going to come even though it is three weeks late now at this point. read more

Usually have a great experience here. I have been a member here for more years that I can remember. I have financed cars, received and paid back personal loans and my mortage is presently with them along with a savings account. My credit score is not bad and NEVER has been; however, I was recently denied a loan with them due to my utilization on cards being high. The loan was for a specific reason and to save me from having to access some of my savings. While I get that credit scores are looked at, but being that the utilization was the only thing on my credit report that was not as favorable as they would like I would have thought that ALL things would have been taken into consideration. No consideration for the 30 year plus POSITIVE relationship I have had with the credit union. My parents were also long time members of this credit union until they passed away. Unfortunately none of that means anything, Now that I know, I have joined another credit union. After I am done with my mortgage with Resource, then that will be the end. Loyalty means nothing and even when I asked about a secured loan, I never got a response back. They use to be so much better! read more

The facility is nice with a very wide open lobby. I've only been inside twice. I tried to do a shared branch deposit through the drive thru, but any shared branch transactions have to be done inside. My visit last week was soooo slow. I waited in line for 10 minutes while the one clerk helped people at the drive thru. When she finally got to me, she didn't have enough money in her drawer to help me, so I had to wait another 10 minutes before someone else could come and help. It was so frustrating to have to wait that long just for one single deposit. I don't think I'd want to bank there. And what bank only has 1 attendant during lunch on a Friday!?!?! Crazy. read more

Just terrible,my info got stolen 3 times from them as soon as I would get it straightened out it would happen again.I had a single overdraft on a saturday and they reorganized transactions that already processed so I had nine overdraft charges by monday,came in first thi g to make it right and they said since it was more then 24 hours I was out of luck even though they were closed making it impossible to fix. I closed the account and its been years but still send me letters showing they owe me money but wont respind or send me a check. By far the worst banking experience Ive ever had. read more

I recently acquired an estate loan from Resource One Credit Union. I had acquired other loans before such as personnel loan and car loans with no problems. But with this recent loan several problems occured and when I tried to get it solved resource One Credit Union personnel did not want to cooperate with me. Even wrote to the President of Resource One Credit Union for assistance but it was a recording, the same thing. A third party was brought in just to get some answers but the problem not solved.
