I attempted to have my home upgraded/remodeled with 3 different contractors/companies, finally... my neighbor recommended Southern Trade and I could not be happier! They were beyond accommodating, patient, knowledgeable, punctual and treated my home with the utmost respect. Which, is sadly hard to find these days it seems, and they were fairly priced especially for the quality and precision of their work. I just cannot thank them enough! I'm elated and so happy with the work they did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS! You will not find better. Thank you Mr. Chris and crew!!!!

His product is good but that is the end of it…read more I was told it would take 2.5 days to complete and maybe it would have if he showed up on time. His reviews were good so I hired him. After being a few days into the project I felt like I was buckled and dimed for what he called"extra work" he had to put in. I also had to go and buy wire and siding. When he was finished he said he doesn't sand or paint. I was left with a horrible spackle job and unsightly finished product on the inside. I now had to hire someone for another $300-$400 to fix the mess he had left me with. I have never heard of any company that doesn't finish and present a near perfect product. I want new doors and storm doors now but, I will be giving the job to someone else.

We knew what we wanted when we walked in and noticed our choice wasn't on display. It was a high quality brand not found in most carpet stores. The size was also special-- 16' x 19' . This is also including a complete perimeter border. We went to several reputable carpet stores prior to Wholesale Flooring Co and found that two stores could get it but it would take 4 months. They also told us the carpet cannot have a border. On our way home we were feeling defeated. We wanted this carpet and we didn't want to wait 4 months. A friend suggested Wholesale Flooring Co. We stopped there not expecting anything. But we met Susan. She got on the phone and called her people and made things happen. She sourced out our exact carpet. The huge size and with the borders. Not only that- she got it to our house in less than three weeks! The professional crew came in and moved furniture and set up the carpet to our exact expectations. Susan also gave us a great deal. We cannot recommend her and this place more. Very happy customers.

We couldn't be happier. We enthusiastically recommend Cabinets-N-Stock.

It began to leak and the crooks wouldn't take responsibility, they refused to answer my calls, then moved. Enough of them. After being in this situation, I found it difficult to find a reputable contractor to make the repairs. I contacted Home Advisor, who referred me to Contract Exteriors. They sent a Roofing Inspector come to my home to evaluate the damages, but first, the cause. He found pounds of nails on my roof and that the crooks had skip nailed it. There was no installation kits around my skylights. No wonder I had interior leaks. Randy sent his men to the rescue. The Roof Inspector was so appalled by what he saw, he came back with his men and they removed and replaced the roof vent and tiles. He ordered installation kits for the skylights and installed them. He checked the exterior and attic, as well as the interior, to make sure there would be no leaks. Randy sent John, the manager in charge of the interior repairs. John called and told me he wanted to wait a few weeks to see if there are any leaks. We had a rain deluge and John came over to inspect if there were any further damage. He had his men come to my home, and make the repairs. All in all the whole project was done in less than 4 weeks. In that time, I had the opportunity to speak to the office manager, who was so kind and helpful. I wanted to thank this office in person for all they had done for me. They felt bad that I was left in this situation and were right there for me. I spoke to Randy himself, and told him that I would be pursuing litigation against the crooks. I felt like Randy was my big brother, with his protective arm around me. He told me not to worry about them, and provided me with paperwork I needed to pursue my case. Very few contractors are willing to pick up after a disaster like mine, I just wish I used Contract Exteriors first!! *:·-:¦Totally*:·-:¦:-**:·-:¦:-*Awesome*:·-:¦:-*Fabulous*·-:¦:-·:*Wow*:·-:¦:-*

In NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM DOES THIS REVIEW VIOLATE ANY YELP RULES. THIS IS MY PERSONAL INTERACTION…read moreWITH THIS COMPANY!! Again, this is MY PERSONAL INTERACTION WITH SUNSET BEACH GLASS & MIRROR!! We were going to contact the business from some glass work, but a couple Tuesdays ago we were driving on Highway 17 between OIB and Shallotte...one of Sunset Beach Glass & Mirror's vehicles, a white Range Rover with the Sunset Beach Glass & Mirror's logo on rear window was driving recklessly on Highway 17 changing lanes back and forth with never ever using a turn signal. If you live in the area you know Highway 17 is very busy and has lots of accidents. After my one star review on Yelp, the owner of the biz responded to me saying their employee was on they way to hospital to see his first child born. HOW IN THE WORLD IS THAT AN EXCUSE FOR NOT USING A TURN SIGNAL WHEN CHANGING LANES?? Their employee could have serious injured or even killed someone innocent by driving like a tool! The owner also replied to me through Yelp saying he fired the employee and said will do our glass work for free if I remove my negative review. Business owner also said he fired employee, I have no way to confirm that. (I have screen shots of the conversation through Yelp saved to my computer). A business owner offering free in exchange for a Yelper to remove their negative review IS A VIOLATION OF YELP RULES FOR BUSINESS OWNERS!!! It is like going into a business where they have a sign that says "we will give you $50 gift card if you write us a 5 star review." The business owner is violating Yelp rules!!
