Absolutely horrendous company. The salesman was to say the least sleazy. Told us what we wanted to hear, but when installer's came none of it could be done. Salesmen said just put it up we will deal with it later. He would not return calls or texts. When I asked to talk to owner he refused to give me his name. If I could give zero stars that would be too high. Be careful with this company. read more

Purchased several years ago. As I was starting to clean the vinyl windows this year, I was unable to pull down the slat that was on the top. I didn't want to do anything drastic for fear of breaking the frame. So I called WindowZ and talked to the Admin who said she would try to get a hold of Bob who was in the field. She said if he were near me, he would stop over. That's exactly what he did and with a little more elbow grease, he was able to pull down the window and checked the others. There was no charge involved, but Customer Service certainly proved to be on the top of their list. read more

Initial contact went well, gave 1/2 down on service and parts. After that nothing heard for 6 weeks. I contacted then to get an update. Told my job of $425 was "little" and I would get squeezed into their busy schedule of higher paying customers. Very confrontational discussions. Got my parts and a partial refund on my deposit. We cancelled the installation portion since we are small potatoes, I'll do without their service. read more

Brian quoted painting and we had found someone else by then and figured they might charge less and be available sooner but we wanted a reputable company to do the more complicated jobs so we waited on Real Pro to give us a quote on any or all of the other jobs. After over 3 weeks and several emails, the office manager emails me telling me they're too busy to do anything for us and didn't even quote it for a later date. In my opinion, they should have told me that up front instead of wasting my time. I was very surprised after reading other reviews that they would be so unprofessional. If they would have been straight with us and told us directly, we might would have hired them at a later date but obviously they don't want our business now or later and we have wasted over 3 weeks waiting on a quote.

The worker was nice, but the job took far too long. He was even called away for about 2 hours in the middle of the job. The owner called me after I inquired about the silica dust, but didn't offer any help for the extra charge or mess created.
