I've heard some horror stores about fly by night credit restoration companies, but these guys are the REAL DEAL. They do what they say they're gonna do, and with a smile. Creditors and the reporting agencies can be a pain especially if you aren't as knowledgeable about your rights , but they make it easy and affordable. On my credit report, there was all kinds of inaccurate info & items reporting multiple times for the same account that were removed, and the items that remained settled for way below the original amount. The Best of the best, I had hired another company (Lexington Law Firm for about 6 months) in 2011 and they were worthless charging $100.00 a month an no improvement, I had given but in 2013 I hired Resolutions Made Easy and I was a special case, I had 18 negative accounts and couldn't get approved for anything, they started their disputes and in approximately 7 months I had credit cards and now I have over $14000.00 dollars in credit limit and have been pre approved to buy a home. They take your money and do not follow up. They never get your emails, lack of communication with the office staff, they are horrible. Once they take your money they stop answering your calls and then claim they didn't get your emails, never follow up or call you about your progress. If you expect a credit place with professional staff who actually follow up with you do not come here! I will not recommend this place to anyone. read more
