Come to find out she had already finalized it 4 months prior without my knowledge and told me it had not been finalized as of yet and i should pay her another thousand dollars to do so. I provided him with the complete details of my case, including information concerning my claim of lien. After more than nine years and thousands of dollars in attorney's fees, the communication and follow-up were extremely disappointing. When the judgment was finally entered, I received it by email from his receptionist instead of receiving a direct explanation from Mr. Arias. Only after I threatened to file a complaint with the Bar regarding what I believed to be misleading representations did he follow up concerning the judgment. Although the judge ruled in my favor, I did not recover any money. Based on my experience, there was inadequate follow-up after the judgment and poor communication throughout the representation.
