This is not only disappointing but unprofessional, and I believe your office should be held accountable for this. Your response stating that your team called me multiple times is a LIE. I called several times to explain my situation, yet my case was never initiated. Each call resulted in a promise of a callback, or a note being left for the attorney, which, frankly, is an inadequate approach to handling sensitive matters. The use of sticky notes to track client cases is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of attention to detail. I was assigned to a paralegal, Sandra Eirnova (who had no clue what she was doing), who failed to provide the necessary communication regarding the steps needed to proceed with my case. I went to your office this year January 2025 again to see if anything can be done and they told me NO your case is closed we will have someone from accounting to call you and see If something can be done AGAIN no call back.
