    I have used Credit Glory and referred many clients…read more PROS + Credit Glory goes after all of of your bad credit accounts at once. This might not sound praise worthy, but it is. Lexington Law and bigger firms throttle your disputes to keep you paying for 12+ months using the excuse that it's "frivolous" to send more at the same time. That's a lie. There is not a single official source for such a claim. They should be sued. + Credit Glory sends multiple letters AND faxes every month. It's the most aggressive and successful approach. It's costing them extra, but they're obviously making their customers happy. That's a winning strategy. + Given the above two points, they're dirt cheap. Similar services charge thousands for the same approach. + Employees are friendly and knowledgeable and based in the US. A lot of these companies outsource their customer service and it sucks. + Guarantee is no results, no pay. Can't beat that. + The owner makes himself known and available, putting his name and contact information on the frontpage along with the guarantee. An oldschool approach that's probably more relevant today than it ever was. CONS - Customer service responds anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 days. Hopefully this improves with time. I'm typically more critical of responsiveness, but I'll give a little pass because of work quality. As long as they continue to provide quality results, I'll continue referring clients.

    I literally don't think I have ever been so mad…read more Every time I call I continue to get a message asking me to leave my name and phone number, or hung up on by the phone system. I called to change my payment date for my deductions. I have probably called about 15 times throughout the day trying to get a hold of a representative and left multiple messages. I wanted to make my November payment due on 12/10 as well as my December payment on the same day. Instead of taking out the payment on 12/10 it was taken out on 12/1. My account has now over drafted more then 400 dollars with the included fees from my bank. I am so angry. I'm not nearly as upset about the money as I am regarding the fact that I can't get a hold of anyone EVERY time I call. ____________UPDATE EDIT______ They are refunding my account, but I am not even kidding you about how irritated I am after reaching a human today. They put me on hold for about 15 minutes each time I had to call today, which was twice. I am NOT happy about this. Everything was fine to this point. I literally wasted my whole lunch calling. At least they waived 99.50 on the account. That is a plus.
