Can't give zero stars. They called probably 1200 times, emailed, set up meetings. Pushed pushed…read morepushed me to buy mortgage protection from them. Laughed at me when I told them no, said they literally never had one person say no to them... then harass me for over a year, more calls more emails, more meeting invites to sell me. It is life insurance on my home which would cover roughly $200k and continue to lower the amount covered because I am paying off my house. If you are reading this, life insurance for 1 million dollar policy is like $20 a month and they were asking $230 to cover $200k... Just commission based thieving idiots, who are instructed to push you, fast, act now, dont think... If they get you over paying they earn their money. Do not listen to them, buy any insurance from the supplier directly. How could a middle man get you a cheaper rate? They need money for there thieves based business model to continue. The money doesn't come from no where, they scam people and pocket the cash plain and simple. Don't be a fool, block their numbers. Delete and report them as spam, since they are an unnecessary middle man service making money from high pressure sales tactics.

I would never do business with this company or an individual like Elijhaa Reynolds.

I hired Chandler Financial, Inc. to handle our taxes from 2019 through 2024. Year after year, I had…read moreto catch and correct errors myself -- including one instance where my spouse's tax refund was negligently deposited into the wrong account. But the 2023 and 2024 tax years take the prize for costly missteps. Despite holding a CPA license, Dominique repeatedly advised us to file under incorrect statuses -- including "Head of Household" -- based on my extended military deployments. She also failed to identify a lawful qualifying dependent for that filing status, which she later admitted was inapplicable. These errors have now triggered IRS issues we are still dealing with. Even worse, although she acknowledged the filing mistakes in writing, she refuses to issue a refund for her services. A CPA is legally and ethically bound to uphold tax law -- not submit inaccurate returns just to appease a client. She also misled us into believing that filing separately and filing late would not be an issue -- both of which have led to problems. I've now spent months cleaning up her preventable errors, and the matter is still unresolved. Military families and anyone with complex tax needs: steer clear. You deserve integrity, accuracy, and professionalism -- none of which you'll find here. -- U.S. Military Veteran & Former Client

A Rare Gem in the Insurance World - Truly Feels Like Family…read more I normally don't write reviews on companies even if I have a super negative experience, but I simply couldn't keep my experience to myself. I cannot say enough great things about Mendez & Associates Insurance this is not just another insurance agency; it's a family-run business that truly treats you like one of their own. From the very first phone call, I was greeted with warmth, patience, and genuine care that's almost impossible to find these days. What makes them extraordinary is how personal the experience feels. You never feel rushed or like "just another client." Whether it's home, auto, life, or business insurance, they go above and beyond to find the best coverage at the best value. If you're tired of big corporate agencies that feel cold or impersonal, give Mendez & Associates Insurance a call. AMAZING customer service!!…read more Not just once, but TWICE in the last 3 months, I have called on Mendez & Associates for their expert advise regarding insurance, and they were exceptional BOTH times!! I was cancelled by Universal. They dropped me after a 3 year battle regarding a claim for roof damage from a tropical storm. It was my only claim in 25 years. Since a damaged roof cannot be insured, I reached out to Mendez & Assoc., and spoke with Al. He immediately guided me step by step on what I needed to do once my new roof was installed. His team set me up with the required mitigation inspection and had me insured the following day!! The quote was less than what any of my neighbors are currently paying, so I was happy. It was an easy process and a WIN-WIN!! Then today, I was saved again! My mom recently purchased a new car, and her insurance company of many years quoted her through the roof!! I called Barbara and she provided a quote, saving my mom over $800 with BETTER coverage!! These guys are ON THE BALL and serious with regards to quick turnaround. Hands down, the BEST customer service I've experienced in a long time. I will be telling all my friends and family about Mendez & Associates. Rest assured you will not be disappointed!! Today was definitely my lucky day!! THANK YOU!!
