I reached out to Eddy with Mathieu Accounting because of the great reviews, 2 days before Christmas, and he responded immediately while he was on vacation! He had me e-mail him my taxes to review them and knew instantly what the issue was with them. He gave me advice on how to resolve my issue with my taxes over the last couple of years and spent a good amount of time patiently explaining everything. I am so incredibly thankful as I have been overly stressed for some time now trying to get help from other companies to figure this out and no one wanted to be bothered. Eddy knows what he is talking about, clearly went above and beyond figuring this out for me while on vacation, and will be my go-to for my family and me moving forward!

When I first called, I spoke to Jennifer who was very attentive, friendly, and the sweetest. She directed my phone call to Jeanie. Jeanie asked about my tax situation, and genuinely seemed worried about fixing my issue with the IRS ASAP. I was introduced to Rich my first time visiting the office. Rich was an absolute blast to do my taxes with, he was so determined to get me the highest refund possible. While meeting with Richard, he introduced us to the junior accountant who I found out did most of my tax work ahead of time, Fernanda. She answered all my questions in great detail, she was extremely professional and helpful through the entire appointment. I cant express how grateful I am to find such an exciting and knowledgeable team. My husband started a small business this year and Jimmy contacted us right away to start our yearly planning so we wouldn't run into any surprises for next year's taxes. I overheard them scheduling Zoom meetings, which makes me so happy they are adjusting to each clients situation. They had hand sanitizer and Lysol in the front desk area. I witnessed them spraying Lysol after I got up and wiping down the countertops with Clorox wipes. The office was very modern and gorgeous. The front waiting area was clean and presentable. They also served the best cappuccinos. I will not ever be able to return to H&R Block after an experience like this.
