We had out home power washed and windows cleaned after fires that came very close to our home…read more Before the fire, we sprayed a fire gel to protect the home and the gel made such a mess particularly on the windows. Michael and Lauren did such an amazing job with the clean-up. They had to go over the windows four or five times using different removal techniques before they were clean. They were so patient, diligent and persevering and the end result is that the windows are perfectly clean. If I could give more stars, I would! They are literally the best. In the past, when we've had our windows cleaned, it is such a messy proposition but they were so neat and tidy. We will be having them back to clean our solar panels and every year when we need our windows washed.

The Pressure Washing Guys are masters at what they do. Our rooftop and house were filthy. I had…read moreadmittedly been delinquent on washing the exterior of our house because past pressure washers I used have broken something on our house every time - doorbell cameras (yes, multiple times), glass from our outdoor lights, security camera, etc. Will and Kyle came out and took care of cleaning our roof (which I didn't realize needed cleaning untill I looked at their website and found out that moss is not good for roof tiles). They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. I will definitely be getting our house pressure washed regularly now that I have found The Pressure Washing Guys.

Joshua, owner very responsive to message. A 3-person team headed by Jared was here at the appointed time, friendly, communicative, worked fast and did a complete cleanup of property before leaving. TL;DR The job got done, but I don't recommend this company due to poor communication, inconsistent…read moreinformation, and changing the price. They asked for more money than quoted when they arrived, tried to justify it by saying it was more work than went into the quote, then didn't do that extra work (or if they did, could not explain what it was), and got upset when asked to honor the original quote. We originally spoke about gutter clean+repair over text, and Josh said in writing that would be "$250-$600" including clean-out and resecuring with up to 3 brackets. We also talked about adding 1-2 downspouts in a couple problem areas which would be extra, as would more than 3 brackets.  He wouldn't come out to give an in-person review, and instead asked for a video where we walked around the whole house to show the entire gutter length. On the day of the job, they were 3 hours after the scheduled time, though they did let me know in advance they were running late.  Josh was not there despite saying earlier he would be. The person that did show up reviewed the gutters and said it would be $750, before any downspouts. I asked why this was higher than the $250-$600 range I was given and he didn't seem to know about that estimate. He talked to Josh and came back and said the job was "more work than they thought" including that they'd need at least 4 and maybe up to 7 new brackets. They also only brought 1 downspout with them even though we had talked about 2 possible additions, so that would have to be another visit. We decided not to do either downspout and agreed to $700 to just get the clean and repair done with, given the extra brackets we knew would be extra even though that didn't seem like it should be another $100, as the text has also quoted $25 per new bracket and it might only be 1 more than the 3 included. They finished less than an hour later, and as we reviewed the work, we found they only used 3 brackets after all - they said they weren't able to add more in the spots they had wanted to.  They also said things like that they went around the whole house to fix up the nails all over.  When we pointed out a few nails still sticking out they said "oh we didn't do that side." I said then that it should be at most the $600 I was originally quoted, since they didn't seem to do any extra work or brackets to justify and never gave a straight answer for what was "more work than they thought it would be" other than the brackets they didn't end up doing. Josh was upset we were changing the deal from what was agreed, while I was upset that they didn't do the work that they said was what caused the extra charges. I said I'd be leaving a bad review over this experience and Josh said fine to just give $600 if I was going to resort to "threatening" him over it to lower the price I agreed to pay and implying I was stealing from him when they were "just trying to help me out" with the "discount" they already agreed to of $700 down from $750. I end up giving the $700 to get them out of there because he's right that I did agree to pay that, though I still feel it was under false and constantly changing information about what they were actually doing. And Josh was difficult to talk to the whole time, kept saying that I was making up information like the $600 quote when I was literally pointing to a text message he sent about the range of $250-$600. If you do use them, which I don't recommend, I encourage you to get a firm estimate and scope of work in writing in advance so they cannot show up and then try to charge more or do less.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND VICTOR…read more This was my third time using Victor and Diamond Window Cleaning. My first two services were exterior-only and went fine, so I trusted them enough to hire him again for interior and exterior cleaning. The initial quote was $480 total -- $312 for cleaning 24 windows plus $160 for 1 hour of power washing. Victor has been to my home before and already knew the distance, yet a $40 trip fee was never disclosed in the original quote. I let it go and didn't make an issue of it. The bigger problem was the quality of the work. A few days later, I opened a window and noticed it was still dirty and dusty. After checking, I found four windows that had not been cleaned at all. I also had to remind Victor multiple times during the service to clean the interior tracks because he kept missing them. We also added screen repairs, bringing the final bill to $822. The repairs took much longer than expected, and about a month later, one of the repaired screens already had a tear. Victor said he would come back to fix it. I've been texting him every week since, and he has completely stopped responding. I understand that mistakes happen, and I'm willing to work with a business when there is an issue. What I expect is professional communication and follow-through. When Victor wanted my business, he responded immediately. Once there was a problem, he stopped responding. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially after using someone three times, but this level of service and communication is unprofessional.
